Job Overview:

We seek an experienced and dynamic Business Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, specifically with a minimum of 3 years of experience in cold-outreach and lead generation. This role is pivotal in our growth strategy and involves initial targeted outreach to potential clients, effectively qualifying them for our Account Executives.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct targeted cold-calling campaigns to identify and engage potential leads in the solar energy sector. Effectively communicate the value proposition of Artisun Solar solutions to potential clients. Qualify leads based on specific criteria and forward qualified opportunities to Account Executives for further development. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for increasing lead generation and conversion. Stay informed about industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify new opportunities and challenges.
Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong emphasis on cold-calling and lead generation. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace A self-starter with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently. Knowledge of the solar energy industry is a plus.
