We have an opening on our Integrated Risk Management lead generation team that is a great first step into more advanced B2B functions such as Marketing, Implementation, Sales or Customer Success.

In this role you will be utilizing NAVEX's database to generate qualified sales opportunities for our Account Executive team. You will develop deep knowledge of the risk and compliance industry as well as build skills for further career growth to demonstrate persistence, increase ability to overcome obstacles and achieve assigned goals.

What you'll do:

Exceed your monthly quota by utilizing your ability to assess a prospect's "fit" Acquire/generate qualified business leads by cold calling; engaging with and developing prospects to be closed by Sales team Document, track and monitor all leads and activities in Salesforce.com Utilize smart, targeted questions to speak knowledgeably with decision makers such as VPs, Directors and C-suite personnel Acquire in depth knowledge of our full range of risk and compliance solutions and services, conveying that knowledge to potential customers, and adhering to company messaging and positioning Nurture relationships with longer term prospects Conduct territory development best practices with email, phone and chat using sales enablement tools to connect with new prospects and current customers Advance NAVEX's goals and operational effectiveness by learning and using AI-based tools

What you'll need:

Previous sales, telemarketing or lead generation experience; cloud computing and SaaS industry experience preferred Experience with Salesforce A tenacious worth ethic with a desire to have a career in sales Grit and know how to set goals to achieve bigger goals Highly motivated, self-starter with a strong desire to meet and exceed quota monthly, maintaining a high call rate and ability to assess prospect's "fit" A modest yet assertive and confident demeanor with empathy and compassion A curious and creative mindset Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentations skills and a commitment to collaborate with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgrounds The desire to learn, explore and experiment with AI tools A commitment to ethical and inclusive use of AI in our hiring and workplace practices The ability to drive results through your job competencies of effective communication, opportunity management and product and industry knowledge (selling) while leveraging NAVEX's core values

Our side of the deal:

We believe everyone deserves to see their path forward, and the steps in place to achieve their career and financial goals. The starting pay for this role is $24.04 per hour and the target variable pay for this role is $20,000. Target variable pay is based on individual achievement factors and is not guaranteed. Pay progression based on your performance.
