Responsibilities
Initiate outbound calling campaigns to connect with potential clients, leveraging warm calling techniques to build rapport quickly.
Conduct telemarketing efforts to generate leads, qualify prospects, and set appointments for the sales team.
Engage in effective B2B sales conversations, demonstrating the value of our solutions tailored to client needs.
Negotiate terms and close deals by understanding client requirements and presenting compelling proposals.
Utilize Jobber to track interactions, update customer records, and manage sales pipelines efficiently.
Maintain excellent customer service standards by providing timely follow-up and addressing client inquiries professionally.
Support internal teams with insights gained from customer interactions to refine product offerings and marketing efforts.
Experience
Proven experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or inside sales within a technology or business services environment.
Strong negotiation skills
Familiarity with Jobber
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to engage diverse audiences across different regions.
Excellent typing skills.
Experience in business development or customer service roles that require proactive outreach and relationship building.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team setting.
