What does a Business Development Representative (BDR) do for RTS?
This position generates business prospects who would benefit from our services, initiates contact, presents RTS and closes the deal. This position is 80% self generated, 20% house lead generated. This position is both over the phone, zoom or in person. The BDR has a unique opportunity to work from home
anywhere within the continental US.
What does RTS offer?
RTS offers all the tools and training necessary to becoming a BDR and accepts both part-time or full-time positions. Our compensation package is simplistic and creates short and long term income goals. Every new client generated pays a flat commission of $500 per client and $100 per month residual. Our average BDR is signing between 2-4 new deals per week. BDRs start 1099 and become W2 within 90 days.
