Your Mission

Generate new business

through strategic partnerships with agents, adjusters, property managers, and contractors Represent Monroe Restoration with professionalism, energy, and integrity Build long-term relationships that drive

referrals, brand recognition, and trust

Execute local marketing strategies, track KPIs, and deliver measurable growth

What You'll Be Doing

Visit 20+ referral partners each week (route marketing + outreach) Hold 3-5 in-person sit-downs weekly to deepen relationships and educate partners Host and attend community events, trade shows, sponsorships, and networking groups Create and deliver marketing content: leave-behinds, newsletters, social posts Track interactions, leads, and referrals in CRM (Luxor) -- and follow up like a pro Report on marketing KPIs and use data to adjust efforts Collaborate with operations, sales, and leadership to align on growth targets

5+ years in marketing, sales, customer success, or B2B business development

What You Get

$55,000-$75,000 base salary

, depending on experience
