Highlights:

UNCAPPED COMMISSION+ base salary structure. $55k-65k first year total compensation minimum expected $30k base salary +

/ Responsibilities:

We are a national leader in the commercial, multi-family and residential painting industry. This role requires an energetic, creative and outgoing / sociable person. Our Business Development Representatives identify and develop relationships with influential decision-makers within the commercial property and multi-family industry. We are seeking an individual who has a passion for business development, loves getting in the field to meet people, and enjoys networking opportunities.

The #1 responsibility of the role is to generate RFP's (Requests for Proposals)! This is primarily executed through cold calling new clients / offices (in-person, voice, email), as well as joining and participating in local chapters of industry and relevant networking groups. Other responsibilities include: research and identify key targets in designated commercial market segments, setup and conduct office presentations and high impact events, residential marketing activities, and some marketing content generation.

Your coverage territory is unlimited for commercial and multi-family clients, but is heavily focused within the following cities/towns, among other areas: Boulder County, Metro Denver, and Fort Collins / Northern Colorado.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year business development, marketing, cold calling, and/or sales experience Exceptional communication, interpersonal and presentation skills High energy with strong work ethic Organized and detail-oriented (manage a plan and your calendar) Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record Painting industry knowledge notrequired
