Overview



Romexterra is seeking a highly driven

Plumbing Business Development Representative

to join our outbound marketing team. This role focuses on expanding our

plumber referral network

, cultivating partnerships that generate consistent mitigation and rebuild leads.

The ideal candidate will have an established network of plumbing professionals and a proven track record in relationship-driven sales-ideally from the

restoration, mitigation, or plumbing industry

.

Key Responsibilities



Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with local plumbing companies and independent plumbers to drive referral partnerships. Create consistent inbound lead flow from plumbing partners for water mitigation and restoration projects. Maintain ongoing communication with existing plumbing partners to strengthen loyalty and ensure satisfaction. Conduct regular field visits, presentations, and networking activities to promote Romexterra's services and partnership benefits. Track and manage relationships, leads, and performance metrics using CRM tools. Coordinate closely with the internal marketing, mitigation, and rebuild teams to ensure smooth referral handoffs and client experience

Key Qualifications



Minimum of

3-5 years in business development, sales, or account management

within

restoration, mitigation, or plumbing services.

Existing relationships or book of business with

local plumbers or plumbing companies

is highly preferred. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills; capable of building rapport and credibility quickly. Highly motivated, independent, and goal-oriented with a strong sense of ownership. Strong CRM discipline and time management abilities to balance field visits and administrative tasks.

illingness to travel locally for partner visits, meetings, and events.
