What We're Looking For:

We're searching for a

Business Development Specialist

who's a natural people person, driven by goals, and eager to think creatively. If you enjoy meeting new people, developing strategies, and driving business success, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

Build and maintain strong industry relationships to drive growth Develop and execute marketing strategies to expand market share Represent Standard Restoration at local networking events and industry functions Manage CRM contacts, email campaigns, and sales tracking activities Identify and pursue new business opportunities Occasionally make cold calls and meet with clients face-to-face

What You Bring to the Table:

2+ years of experience in sales or marketing (restoration industry experience is a plus!) Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering top-notch service Proficiency in or the ability to quickly learn new technology and systems High level of professionalism, integrity, and work ethic Must be reliable and have the ability to work independently
