THE POSITION

As a full-time Business Development Representative, you'll engage with new and existing clients to establish relationships and provide solutions.

With our Business Development style classroom training, you'll be set for success with top-tier communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

This base-salary + commission role is the ideal launchpad to a rewarding career in the home care industry servicing seniors.

Here's what your day-to-day will look like:

Be the frontline expert on Shore HomeCare Services' products and line of services, presenting them to our clients and referral sources. Be our clients and referral sources' first interaction with Shore HomeCare Services, representing us as a brand ambassador and a company spokesperson. Crush daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual goals Create, collaborate and build connections with power partners that service the senior market Continue being a student of industry best practices and trends. General Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Development Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through innovative sales and marketing strategies. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where your expertise in sales, negotiation, and project management will directly impact the company's success. A strong understanding of strategic planning and the senior care industry is essential to excel in this position.

Duties



Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to expand market reach and increase sales. Identify potential clients and partners through market research, networking, and industry events. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring alignment with company goals. Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage clients and referral sources information, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business. Collaborate with marketing ideas to develop targeted campaigns that generate leads and enhance brand visibility. Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close agreements that maximize profitability while meeting client needs. Coordinate with the agency's different departments to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and successful delivery of services or products. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth. Promote new lines of business

Qualifications



Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within a B2B and B2C environment. Excellent skills in negotiation, strategic planning, and project management. Demonstrated ability to develop effective marketing strategies that support sales objectives. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and referral sources. Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and make data-driven decisions. College degree in marketing, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
