The Role
As part of our outside sale team, you'll grow TLBC's presence in Chicago's luxury market.
In this hybrid position
:
3 days out building partnerships with designers, architects, & clients.
2 days in the showroom collaborating with the team and creating personalized client experiences.
Skills
Cultivate relationships across residential, trade, and hospitality sectors.
Execute growth strategies tailored to Chicago's market.
Represent TLBC at high-end events and design gatherings.
Host Lunch & Learns in the showroom and off site.
Experienced in luxury retail, design, or business development.
A natural connector with refined communication and presentation skills.
Passionate about health, wellness, and design.
Motivated, polished, and client-obsessed.
What We Offer
Base salary up to
$48,000/year
(based on experience).
High commission potential with significant earning upside.
