BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER COMMERCIAL BANKING
WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
Sources and develops new Commercial Banking business for the bank in assigned sales territory. Analyzes needs of prospects and provides information about Bank products and services that can enhance prospect's financial position. Follows Bank segmentation policy and collaborates with the appropriate Relationship Managers and Team Leaders when closing deals. Interacts with Bank colleagues to discuss prospects/referrals and formulates and leads sales strategies. Documents all sales activity and key market data that results from these activities in the appropriate system of record and provides accurate reporting to management in a timely manner.
