What You'll Be Doing:



Developing growth strategies by identifying new business opportunities and building market strategies. Building and managing key relationships with current clients while developing new partnerships. Leading sales efforts by presenting our high-quality LED solutions to decision-makers. Managing the sales pipeline by tracking leads, organizing proposals, and staying ahead of the game using Monday.com CRM. Collaborating with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to streamline business expansion. Delivering results by meeting or exceeding sales goals while keeping clients engaged.

What You Bring to the Table



A track record of leadership with experience managing sales or business development. A goal-driven mindset with the ability to set and achieve high targets. Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals. Experience with CRM tools and navigating a sales pipeline. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.




Compensation & Perks
