This particular role is responsible for developing new business opportunities and wins, in the Southeast region. they will be the first line of responsibility for sales growth for our organization and should be well versed in our products and industries, building annual sales strategies based on goals laid out by the team.

Visit with existing accounts and prospects to develop new business opportunities. Solving sealing issues and making our customers' lives easier. Working as a member of a team with the common goal of winning new business. Following up on marketing leads that are provided to you.

You'll have success here if you value clear processes and feel qualified to do the following things:




Hunt for new business with existing and prospective new accounts. Technical and mechanical skills that can be applied to understanding gaskets and sealing products. Attend trade shows and sales meetings as required. Skills to present who ESP is and what we can offer to our customers. Value selling not selling based on cost. Ability to communicate the total cost solution. Ability to communicate our differentiation value to the customer.

We train our team to help them succeed, and everyone on our team helps with our success. In this role, you'll be accountable to hit the following numbers each week:




MSIs - Meaningful Sales Interactions with customers. Set up SDW (Solution Design Workshop) with customers to offer custom solutions. Bring in new opportunities with your customers. Focus on profitable returns with any new opportunities quoted. Helping team achieve quarterly rock (VTO).

Expectations or Qualifications include:




Ability to schedule meetings with customers and new prospects on a weekly basis. Ability to present to customers and/or other stakeholders. Understanding of the products we offer and how they fit applications in the market. Ability to communicate our differentiation value to the customer. Understanding of total cost vs. cost and ability to effectively communicate with customers. Self-starter and self-motivated is essential to be successful in this role. Ability to work independently and from a home office. Enjoys the support of a team and willing to depend on others to assist in opportunities you bring to the region.
