About the Role


Nation Security is looking for a results-oriented

Business Development Manager

to drive growth and strengthen our presence in the security services industry. This position is ideal for a proactive professional who excels at identifying new opportunities, expanding market share, and cultivating long-term client relationships--especially in bilingual and multicultural markets.

Key Responsibilities



Sales & Growth Strategy



Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to achieve and surpass revenue goals. Develop and implement strategic plans to enter new markets and strengthen existing client partnerships.

Client & Partner Relations



Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders. Serve as the primary point of contact during client onboarding to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience.

Marketing & Digital Outreach



Utilize digital marketing, social media, and CRM tools to increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to create campaigns that showcase Nation Security's expertise.

Market Insights & Strategy



Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support business development strategy.

Performance & Reporting



Track key performance indicators (KPIs), manage the sales pipeline, and prepare comprehensive business development reports.

Qualifications



Experience:

Minimum 5 years in business development or sales, preferably in security or related services.

Bilingual:

Fluency in English required; Spanish fluency preferred.

Proven Track Record:

Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce) and other digital outreach platforms.

Industry Knowledge:

Familiarity with security services, client expectations, and industry regulations.

Communication:

Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Organization:

Self-motivated with strong time management and multitasking abilities.

Travel:

Willingness to attend client meetings, networking events, and site visits as needed.
