Develop and execute strategies to generate new business and expand existing accounts. Identify, qualify, and pursue high-value prospects through research, networking, and outreach. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, including presentations, proposals, negotiations, and closing deals. Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align on go-to-market initiatives. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategy. Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

The Business Development Manager will drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and expanding the company's market presence. This role blends strategy, relationship-building, and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by measurable results.
