Nation Security is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our presence in the security services industry. This role is ideal for someone who excels at building relationships, uncovering new business opportunities, and generating revenue--particularly in bilingual and multicultural markets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Growth Strategy
Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities to meet and exceed revenue goals.
Create and implement strategic plans to enter new markets and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
Client & Partner Relations
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
Serve as the primary point of contact during client onboarding to ensure a seamless and high-quality experience.
Marketing & Digital Outreach
Leverage digital marketing, social media, and CRM tools to boost brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to design campaigns showcasing Nation Security's expertise.
Market Insights & Strategy
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.
Provide data-driven insights to guide business strategy and decision-making.
Performance & Reporting
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
Prepare detailed business development reports for leadership review.
Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum 5 years in business development or sales, ideally within security or related service industries.
Bilingual:
English fluency required; Spanish fluency preferred but not mandatory.
Proven Track Record:
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Technical Skills:
Proficient with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and digital outreach tools.
Industry Knowledge:
Familiarity with security services, client expectations, and regulatory standards.
Communication:
Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Organization:
Self-motivated with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
Travel:
Availability for client meetings, networking events, and site visits as needed.
