FT BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - HOMECARE

for one of our Connecticut-based non-medical agency clients. T

he servicing territory is Greater New Haven and Middlesex counties.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding agency that is elevating homecare services to new heights. EOE MFVD

Duties

Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth. Collaborate with other teammates to develop effective sales strategies and tools. Utilize software tools such as Salesforce for customer relationship management and tracking sales progress. Monitor industry developments and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.

Experience

Proven experience in HOME CARE or HOME HEALTH business development or community engagement is required. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and execution. Proficiency in using CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales activities. Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and make informed decisions. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
