Business Development Manager
to drive growth and expand business opportunities across our northern Midwest region.
What You'll Do
Prospect and secure new dealer accounts.
Build strong relationships with new independent retailers.
Develop tailored proposals and presentations to win new business.
Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new customers.
Represent Blish-Mize at trade shows, customer visits and industry events
Participate in dealer store sets, working with a merchandising team
What We're Looking For
7--10 Years of proven experience in sales, account development, or business development (hardware/building materials industry strongly preferred).
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-starter with a results-driven mindset
Ability to travel extensively throughout region

Pay: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
