Position Overview



We're seeking an experienced

Business Development Manager

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the lawn care, landscaping, or site management industry and a proven ability to generate new business opportunities. This role involves developing relationships with property managers, developers, HOAs, and commercial clients to expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and pursue new business opportunities within commercial and residential markets. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including property managers, facility directors, and general contractors. Conduct site visits, prepare proposals, and present tailored service solutions to clients. Collaborate with the operations and estimating teams to ensure accurate proposals and smooth onboarding of new accounts. Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and community activities. Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and communications in CRM software. Stay up to date on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

Qualifications



3+ years of experience in

business development, sales, or account management

(preferably in lawn care, landscaping, or a related service industry). Strong understanding of lawn care, landscaping, or property maintenance services. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
