Come work with a great team. We are currently looking for a full-time Business & Sales Development Manager. Our company is family owned and operated. We have been in business for 30 years and take pride in providing excellent body repair to our customers in the Elk River area.

Position Summary:


The Business Development Manager will be a professional force as a main face of Abra. They will be responsible for driving business & sales growth and generating revenue. This position will work closely with and report to the Marketing Manager.
The Business Development Manager will be expected to work an 8-hour day with some flexibility for working 7:30-5:00 (Monday - Friday). There are possible evenings and weekends that may be required depending on events in the local communities. When not on the road to chamber, networking or community events, they will report to HQ located in Elk River.

The Business Development Manager must be a high performing and motivated individual who has:


Passion for our companies, our mission, the automotive industry Comfortable interacting with local businesses in our Abra communities Ability to provide public presentations High organizational skills High level of professionalism (communication & appearance) Ability to communicate clearly, both written and verbal

Essential Job Duties -

Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales solutions Develop, execute, and oversee business strategies that priorities growth & positive customer ratings & experience Promote Abra and our services to prospective clients Assist in developing and maintaining our company brand and keeping it consistent across all channels Develop long lasting relationships with new clients as well as maintain the existing client loyalty. Monitor and track sales progress to ensure company goals are being met Develop and maintain the integrity of our sales CRM software Attend and represent Abra in a positive manner at Chamber and networking events After attending Chamber, networking, and community events; the Business Development Manager will report back to the Marketing team with in depth details on the attended event. Coordinate and plan volunteer events for our franchise locations Coordinate and plan the annual events held at each location Work with the HR department to assist with the coordination of the monthly birthday & anniversary celebrations. Researching and ordering of all marketing and promotional materials Assist in company growth on social media platforms Other duties and tasks to be assigned as needed.

Education & Experience -

2+ years of experience in business development Preferred 2+ years of experience in marketing Proficiency in MS Office and CRM Software Market knowledge Ability to build strong rapport * Business degree is preferred
