Responsibilities



Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach efforts Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's client base and market share Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients using CRM software and other tools Lead negotiations to secure new contracts and partnerships that align with company goals Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support business development initiatives Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and achievement of objectives Utilize Salesforce and other CRM platforms to track sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and reports for internal stakeholders and clients Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities to inform strategic decisions

Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles with a track record of achieving targets Proficiency in Salesforce, CRM software, and project management tools Strong understanding of marketing strategies and customer relationship management techniques Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively Strategic thinker with the ability to develop long-term plans aligned with company objectives Effective communication skills for engaging with clients, partners, and internal teams Ability to analyze data and market insights to inform decision-making Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
