Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive business development strategies aligned with company goals, including market analysis and competitive positioning. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Lead negotiations and close deals effectively while maintaining profitability and long-term partnership potential. Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that generate leads and enhance brand visibility. Manage sales pipelines using CRM software such as Salesforce to track prospects, follow-ups, and sales metrics. Coordinate cross-functional projects involving sales, marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives. Prepare detailed reports on sales activity, market trends, and strategic opportunities for senior management review. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging markets to identify new avenues for growth.

Qualifications



Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles within a competitive industry environment. Strong proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce; experience with other CRM tools is a plus. Excellent skills in strategic planning, negotiation, project management, and customer relationship management. Demonstrated ability to develop effective marketing strategies that drive revenue growth. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders. Ability to analyze data and market insights to inform decision-making processes. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are advantageous. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and overcoming challenges. Pay: $53,507.66 - $64,439.34 per year
