Team: Business Development
Mission Mobile Medical is growing fast--and we're looking for a Business Development Manager who's just as passionate about people as we are. This role will be responsible for cultivating relationships with healthcare leaders and guiding them through the process of acquiring mobile clinic infrastructure. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to prospects--from first conversation to signed Master Service Agreement (MSA)--while managing a healthy pipeline of inbound and outbound leads.

As a

Business Development Manager

, you will:Identify, engage, and build relationships with executive-level decision-makers across healthcare organizations. Lead clients through a consultative sales process focused on outcomes, impact, and value. Manage inbound inquiries and outbound prospecting to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Represent Mission Mobile Medical at industry conferences and regional events. Deliver compelling presentations and solution proposals tailored to each client's unique needs. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure accurate scoping, pricing, and successful handoffs post-sale. Share market trends and insights to support strategy development and product innovation. Contribute to high-level planning for market expansion and strategic partnerships. Facilitate contract discussions and drive completion of Master Service Agreements (MSAs). Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance forecasts using CRM tools. Support onboarding and transition of new clients to internal teams post-sale. Actively contribute to internal strategy sessions by sharing prospect feedback and market intelligence.

Education

: Bachelor's degree in business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Experience:

Minimum 3 years in business development, sales, or partnerships, preferably in healthcare

Performance

: Able and willing to provide world-class service to all stakeholders

Talents and Abilities

:Proven success working with or selling to healthcare sectors such as FQHCs, RHCs, CCBHCs, OTPs, Public Health Departments, Hospitals/Health Systems, ACOs/MCOs, Higher Education, and government-funded initiatives Experience managing consultative or capital sales processes, including RFPs or MSAs Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Self-motivated and highly organized, with the ability to work independently and remotely Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and virtual collaboration platforms Demonstrated strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and teamwork skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to lift and carry items weighing 20+ lbs throughout the workday Comfortable standing, bending, and moving for extended periods in a fast-paced environment Strong awareness of safety protocols and commitment to maintaining a safe workspace

Work Environment


Remote/Hybrid role with monthly to quarterly visits to HQ, regular conference attendance, and opportunities to connect directly with innovative healthcare organizations across the country.

Salary & Benefits

80 PTO hours available after the first 60 days of service Medical insurance - 100% employer contribution, participating plans $10K Life insurance - 100% employer contribution Dental/Vision - employee contribution 401K - 120 days eligibility is fully vested with up to a 4% match Weekly payday, every Friday Quarterly profit sharing, up to 20% of annual wages. $75,000 - $80,000
