What you'll do



Own a territory plan: daily prospecting, drop-ins, route planning, and follow-ups Build and grow a book of referral partners (adjusters, TPAs, agents, PMs, GCs) Coordinate ride-alongs, CE events, office presentations, and job walk-throughs Track everything in the CRM; forecast accurately; report weekly activity & pipeline Partner tightly with operations so every promise becomes a great customer story

What success looks like (30/60/90)



30 days:

Master our story, shadow routes, meet 60+ contacts, book first meetings

60 days:

Run your own route, deliver presentations, add 10-15 active referral sources

90 days:

Consistent weekly pipeline adds, early wins in booked jobs, renewal touchpoints

Compensation & benefits



Base salary:

$50,000-$80,000

DOE

Uncapped variable comp:

Target

OTE $100,000-$130,000

; accelerators for exceeding plan; SPIFFs for strategic wins

What you bring



1-5+ years in outside sales, partnerships, or community development (any industry) Clean driving record; reliable vehicle; comfortable with daily field work, must be able to pass background check Strong writing, follow-through, and calendar hygiene (we live by our commitments)

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
