Business Development Manager

to help grow our customer base and develop new partnerships.

This is a

commission-only contractor role

with

unlimited earning potential

, flexible scheduling, and full autonomy.

Job Responsibilities

Direct-To-Consumer (DTC) Sales

Respond to company-provided leads quickly Schedule and conduct on-site estimates Present solutions and close sales Hand off sold jobs to the installation team

Business Development

Prospect and build new relationships with builders, contractors, architects, property managers, and commercial clients Identify new opportunities in residential, commercial, and specialty markets Manage full sales cycle for self-generated leads Maintain an active pipeline with consistent outreach and follow-up Meet monthly and quarterly revenue expectations

Qualifications

Customer service experience required Sales experience preferred but not required Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule Must have a reliable personal vehicle Comfortable conducting in-person estimates across the KC metro Self-motivated, organized, and willing to hustle Experience in construction, home services, or coatings is a plus

Compensation

Commission only

(1099 Contractor)

10% of gross revenue

for all sold jobs Commission paid upon job completion and receipt of customer payment Recurring revenue from accounts you bring in is also commissionable

Unlimited earning potential

No base salary; no company benefits (independent contractor role)

Schedule

Flexible schedule (set your own hours) Work performed throughout the Kansas City metro area Some evenings/weekends may be needed for customer estimates
