Groome Industrial Service Group is a growing company headquartered in Denville, NJ, providing specialty maintenance services nationwide for several industries including natural gas-fired power generation, shipping, manufacturing, pharmaceutical and aerospace. This position will be reporting into our Denville, NJ.
This individual will be focused on selling to Executives within Groome's existing and potential customer base. Responsibilities will include executing high-level sales strategies to secure new business with executive clients through nurturing strategic relationships at corporate or executive levels, understanding their complex needs, presenting tailored solutions, and negotiating high-value contracts using innovative pricing strategies. In addition, this role will partner with Marketing to develop an executive brand and marketing strategy that resonates at senior levels within Groome's potential and existing customer base. A successful candidate must possess strong commercial and industrial services technical acumen, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets through direct C-suite or executive level engagement(s).
