OBJECTIVES



Lead Generation

: Identify and develop new business opportunities through online inquiries, inbound calls, and community outreach.

Customer Engagement

: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.

Appointment Setting

: Schedule appointments for prospective customers to visit the dealership, providing detailed information about our vehicles and services.

Follow-Up

: Proactively follow up with leads to keep them engaged and address their needs throughout the sales process.

Market Research

: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to uncover growth opportunities.

CRM Management

: Accurately maintain records of customer interactions and activities in the CRM system.

Collaboration

: Partner with sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and drive overall dealership success.

Reporting

: Prepare and present regular reports on lead generation, customer engagement, and sales performance to management.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE



High school diploma or GED (required). Previous experience in automotive sales, automotive financing, customer service, real estate, business development, or marketing (strongly preferred).

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
