OBJECTIVES
Lead Generation
: Identify and develop new business opportunities through online inquiries, inbound calls, and community outreach.
Customer Engagement
: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
Appointment Setting
: Schedule appointments for prospective customers to visit the dealership, providing detailed information about our vehicles and services.
Follow-Up

CRM Management
