Job Description

We are an established automotive dealership focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving strong sales performance. We're looking for a motivated, organized, and results-driven BDC Representative to help generate appointments, follow up with leads, and support our sales team.

Role Overview



The BDC Representative will be responsible for managing incoming leads, following up with internet and phone prospects, setting sales appointments, and maintaining consistent communication with customers.

Responsibilities:



Handle inbound sales calls and internet leads Make outbound follow-up calls to warm and cold leads Set qualified appointments for the sales team Update CRM with notes and follow-up progress Respond to customer questions via phone, text, and email Maintain strong daily activity and appointment-setting targets Provide a positive customer experience at all times

Requirements:



Previous BDC, call center, or sales experience preferred Strong communication skills (phone, text, email) Ability to follow scripts and processes Comfortable working independently and hitting goals Experience with CRM systems. Reliable internet, computer, and phone. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
Schedule

Full-time 10:00 am to 6:30 pm.
Pay: $4,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
