Position Summary

As a Business Development Associate, you will support lead generation, sales initiatives, and strategic growth. You will work closely with sales and engineering teams to build client relationships and drive new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

Research prospective clients and identify new opportunities

Conduct lead generation through calls, emails, trade shows, and networking events to identify and engage potential clients.

Assist with proposals, presentations, and client communications

Maintain CRM records and track sales activity

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development strategies

Qualifications

Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field

Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Ability to analyze market trends and prepare reports

Self-motivated and eager to learn B2B sales strategies

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
