Business Development Representative Responsibilities:



Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers through personalized, in-person interactions Provide tailored recommendations on products and services aligned with customer goals, preferences, and qualifications Consult on new sales contracts, renewals, upgrades, and promotional offerings to support satisfaction and retention Manage and grow a personal sales pipeline while accurately tracking customer data and reporting performance metrics Deliver an exceptional customer experience with professionalism, confidence, and enthusiasm Participate in ongoing Business Development Representative training to stay informed on products, industry trends, and sales strategies Apply innovative sales techniques and product knowledge to consistently meet or exceed performance goals

Business Development Representative Requirements:



Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine enthusiasm for client engagement Coachable mindset and openness to feedback and continuous skill development Prior Business Development Representative experience is preferred Professional demeanor with the ability to remain composed in fast-paced environments Previous experience in sales, customer service, business development, or client relations is a plus but not required Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a performance-driven setting Confidence contributing ideas and collaborating effectively within a team-based environment
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
