This is a full-time

entry-level, remote

(occasional in person in Queens, NY) role for a Business Development Associate. The associate will be responsible for assisting in research and outreach, client engagement, and team support. The associate will work closely with senior team members to identify opportunities, support client outreach, and assist in building partnerships that move our organization forward. The role provides an opportunity to learn the fundamentals of business development, client relations, and growth strategy. The ideal applicant is someone who can take initiative, take ownership of projects, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

:
Research and Outreach

Identify potential clients, partners, and growth opportunities through research. Support outreach efforts by drafting communications, preparing presentations, and assisting with proposals. Help maintain CRM records and track business development activities.
Client Engagement

Assist in scheduling and preparing for client meetings. Support follow-up communications with prospective and current clients. Participate in developing marketing and outreach materials.
Team Support

Collaborate with senior business development staff on proposals and strategic initiatives. Provide administrative support for reporting, scheduling, and documentation. Contribute to special projects and ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field (or equivalent experience). 0-2 years of professional experience (internships, part-time roles, or project work a plus).

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Self-starter who can work independently, take ownership of projects, and operate with minimal supervision.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
