Responsibilities



Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the security services sector through targeted sales and marketing efforts. Develop and implement strategic plans to expand market presence and increase sales pipeline. Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting presentations, negotiations, and closing deals. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term collaborations. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that promote security services offerings effectively. Coordinate with project management teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and delivery of services. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. Prepare detailed proposals and presentations tailored to client needs that highlight our security solutions' value proposition.

Qualifications



Proven experience in business development or sales within the security services or related industry. Strong knowledge of CRM software such as Salesforce and other CRM tools for customer relationship management. Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, negotiation, and project management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients at various levels. Ability to develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals. Familiarity with business development techniques including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
