POSITION SUMMARY

eviCore is currently hiring a Business Analytics Lead Analyst. The Business Lead Analyst provides advanced professional input to complex Operations Management assignments/projects. Supports and provides direction to more junior professionals. Works autonomously, only requiring "expert" level technical support from others. Exercises judgment in the evaluation, selection, and adaptation of both standard and complex techniques and procedures. Utilizes in-depth professional knowledge and acumen to develop models and procedures, and monitor trends, within Business Operations. May lead projects or project steps within a broader project or have accountability for ongoing activities or objectives.

What you\'ll do:

• Analyze current processes to determine operation\'s performance and opportunity for efficiencies.
• Develop reports and deliverables for management and support Business Analytics leadership in communications with stakeholders.
• Work with stakeholders directly to understand their needs and how the Business Analytics team can support them; assisting with QA tasks and responsibilities as appropriate.
• Support reporting requirements by way of data collection, queries, and automating processes/tasks, creating reports, scorecards, and dashboards.
• May lead projects or project steps within a broader project or have accountability for ongoing activities or objectives.
• Works autonomously, only requiring "expert" level technical support from others.
• Supports and provides direction to junior analysts.

What you need to do the job:

• Bachelor\'s Degree preferred
• 3 years of relevant data analysis/data management experience
• Experience creating queries and dashboards using one or more of the following: MicroStrategy, SQL Server Management Studio, SAS, Tableau, PowerBI.
• Experience with SSIS and Python is a plus.
• Strong communication (oral and written) and presentation skills
• Analytical detail oriented, demonstrated accuracy in reporting

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 72,800 - 121,400 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
