Job Overview

Seeking an experienced

Business Analyst

Required Experience

6+ years with

SNAP/TANF eligibility

, SNAP E&T, Benefits, Benefit Recovery systems Expertise with

mainframe CICS architectures

Strong experience recommending system/process enhancements 6+ years developing and maintaining procedural and policy documentation 6+ years gathering and documenting business requirements Experience leading development teams Knowledge of eligibility policies similar to Mississippi's MAVS system Experience implementing federal/client mandates in

Linux systems

Advanced analytics using

SQL Server

and relational databases
