Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced

Senior Business Analyst

to drive business initiatives by analyzing requirements, optimizing processes, and delivering data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, business units, and technical teams to translate business needs into functional solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Gathering & Analysis:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, document requirements, and define clear business objectives.

Process Improvement:

Analyze existing processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Stakeholder Communication:

Bridge the gap between business and technology teams, ensuring alignment and clarity of project goals.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

Gather, interpret, and visualize data to provide insights for strategic decision-making.

Solution Design:

Work with developers, architects, and product teams to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into functional solutions.

Agile & Waterfall Methodologies:

Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog grooming while also being comfortable with traditional project management frameworks.

Risk Management:

Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure business continuity during project execution.

Documentation & Compliance:

Maintain business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, process flows, and regulatory compliance documentation.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years

of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in IT, Finance, Healthcare, or ERP systems. Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Strong understanding of

business process modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools

(Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, etc.). Experience with

Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies

. Proficiency in business analysis tools such as

JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or BPMN tools

. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.

Preferred Qualifications:

CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional)

or PMI-PBA Certification. Experience with ERP, CRM, or cloud-based business applications. Working knowledge of API integrations and data migration projects. * Experience in leading and mentoring junior business analysts.
