Description

Minimum Qualifications and Attributes

Bachelor's degree strongly preferred, or equivalent professional experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Solid analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail abilities Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Ability to collaborate with others and demonstrate emerging leadership skills Willingness to learn, take initiative, and support management across functional areas Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn

General Duties and Responsibilities

Learn and support typesetting and formatting of legal briefs and documents Assist in production and maintain process and procedural documentation Monitor and manage quality control procedures Support operational business functions, including projects for the CEO Manage processes for printing federal courts of appeals materials Develop client relationships and maintain client database Lead special projects and continuous improvement initiatives
