Tinker Federal Credit Union's Information Technology department has an immediate opening for a Business Analyst II, III! As a Business Analyst II, III, you will be responsible for the following:

Identifying, understanding, and documenting business needs and requirements Preparing and proposing solutions, including means to integrate and improve information systems and business processes, while translating business requirements to technical specifications Ensuring service coverage, all other levels may also be required to complete duties for any other level

Salary Range:

This is an exempt position. The salary range is $83,129.625 - $103,912.03157; however, actual placement within the range of the levels will be determined individually based on your experience relative to organizational needs and internal salary equity.

Education/Experience:

An associate degree in business, finance, or technology or related field for Levels II is required. A bachelor's in business, finance, or technology or related field for the level III is required. Applicable work experience and/or military experience may be substituted for education at the rate of two years of experience for one year of education.

Level II:

Requires three years experience within business analysis, quality assurance, or project coordination.

Level III:

Requires five year experience within business analysis, quality assurance, or project coordination.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

Incumbent Bonding REQUIRED by TFCU's chosen authority

In order to be successful as a Business Analyst , II, III, you must possess these qualifications:

Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in a written format with a diverse group of users, managers, and Senior Managers to foster good relationships with each business unit Ability to organize and prioritize various projects and multi-task work assignments Knowledge of computer language and database systems Ability to work under various levels of supervision Skilled in creating process maps to document current business processes, aiding in the identification of inefficiencies and areas for improvement Understanding of financial principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Ability to identify inefficiencies in business processes and implementing effective solutions Skilled in planning, executing, and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
