We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in the banking and finance domain to join our team in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, interacting with stakeholders, and working closely with technical teams to deliver data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business and technology teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements. Support the design of technical solutions and maintain documentation of business processes and procedures. Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective business solutions. Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and assist development teams throughout the delivery lifecycle. Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions with stakeholders to validate and refine requirements. Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improving financial operations and processes.

Requirements

6-10 years of Business Analyst experience with a strong background in banking and finance. Strong expertise in stakeholder management and effective business interaction. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proficient in SQL and Excel; experience with visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus. Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Bachelor's degree in a technology-related or business field.
