Job Title: Business Analyst - Drupal

:

Must have skills - All.

• Strong communication skills and ability to independently and directly communicate with the customers. Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
• All knowledge on Agile/Scrum processes and collaborative, high-velocity development projects - include associated tools

Must have skills - Technical.

• Experience with code review and the audit process, with attention to detail including identifying cyclomatic code complexity, following DRY principle.
• Experience conducting security and performance review audits and workshops. Also having experience in using security and performance tools like Drutiny, NewRelic , XHProf.
• Good knowledge and ability to follow Drupal or CMS Coding Standards.
• Module Development - New modules, patch/fix, troubleshooting and maintenance.

Must have skills - BA.

• All skills needed for an Agile PO - Work closely with customer\'s Business and Technical teams to develop business, functional & non-functional requirements, Backlog grooming and prioritization. Continuously and progressively elaborate the requirements and improvements.
• Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies, Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
• All Agile ceremonies and processes - user stories creation/review/enhance/signoff.
• UAT - conduct/manage/co-ordinate, triage defects, ensure fix / backlog lifecycle is complete.

Good to have skills:

• Experience with JS frameworks and ES6 syntax.
• Experience working on enterprise-level SAAS solutions where security, stability, and performance are top priorities.
• Experience working on a virtualized environment like vagrant or docker.
• Knowledge of BLT.
• Knowledge of Automation Testing with Behat.
