We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Administrator to join our team. This is an integral role to the overall operations of the church.

This position manages the business operations of the church, implementing and overseeing financial, human resources, and general operations, to achieve our mission objectives. This role partners with our Pastors, staff, council, and committees, on budgeting, contracting and service needs, and analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities:

- Review and approve financial monthly activity and reports. Oversee cash flow, billing, and expenses.

- Conduct financial reviews, ensuring compliance of financial policies.

- Monitor the budget, ensuring accurate data collection and coding; run monthly financial reports.

- Manage human resource programs and policies including employee benefits, HR policies, and working with Pastors' on hiring and resignations.

- Stay abreast of human resources laws and best practices, working with the Personnel Committee to implement necessary changes.

- Manage employee, volunteer, and congregational records.

- Oversee the development and publication of the annual report, compiling various data and church activity.

- Handle facility and vendor contracts.

-Serve as an acting member on the Property, Personnel, and Finance Committees.

- Coordinate the maintenance and use of office equipment, computer systems, and supplies.

Experience:

- H.S. Diploma or equivalent; education related to business and financial management preferred but not required.

-Demonstrated experience in financial management, budget oversight, and reporting.

-Prefer working knowledge of human resources policies, laws, and benefits.

- Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) or Google Suite.

- Availability to attend meetings outside of regular working hours, as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
