Duties

Buss tables promptly and efficiently to ensure a clean environment for guests Handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures Support kitchen staff with basic food prep and cleaning tasks as needed Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs courteously and professionally Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Assist with catering events or special functions when required Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Skills

Experience in food service, restaurant work, catering, or hospitality environments is preferred Knowledge of cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Flexibility to adapt to different roles within the restaurant or hospitality environment Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude toward guest service Basic understanding of kitchen operations and customer service principles
