Food Runner

Duties:

- Assist in the coordination and execution of catering events
- Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Help set up and break down event spaces, including tables, chairs, and buffet stations
- Ensure food is presented in an appealing manner and meets quality standards
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or special requests
- Handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area

Skills:

- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order delivery
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Basic knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
