- Managing daily, weekly, monthly goals
- Daily inventory check
- Overseeing inventory, quality and safety
- Delivering exceptional hospitality, resolving customer complaints
- Manage day to day business activities, shift organization and restaurant needs
- Managing and coaching the team members
- Team leader
- Maintain strict adherence to Food Safety procedure
- Handling scheduling
- Managing day to day cash responsibilities
- Problem solver
- NYC Food Handler Certificate Must
- 1 \xe2\x80\x93 2 years of Restaurant Management experience in a high volume, fast-paced restaurant environment
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Proficient in team member scheduling and shift coverage
- Detail oriented
- Understanding of financial aspects of business operations
- Available to work evening, weekends and holidays
