Job Description

We are seeking a reliable Building Superintendent / Maintenance Technician to handle day-to-day maintenance and repair needs for residential and commercial properties. This is a hands-on role focused on keeping buildings operating safely, efficiently, and in good condition.

Responsibilities include performing general repairs, carpentry, light electrical and light plumbing repairs, completing preventative maintenance tasks, and responding to work orders submitted by owners and tenants in a timely and professional manner. The role also includes routine inspections of common areas and building systems, troubleshooting issues, and reporting larger issues requiring outside vendors to management.

The ideal candidate has prior building maintenance or superintendent experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required. Experience working in residential or mixed-use buildings is preferred.

Discounted housing is provided in Cliffside Park, NJ. Includes a one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment with a living room.

This is a full-time position offering consistent work with a growing property management company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
