What You'll Do

Perform ductwork installation, insulation, and weatherization tasks Conduct building performance assessments to improve home energy efficiency Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners Maintain a clean job site and company vehicle Prove exceptional customer service

What We're Looking For

Experience in HVAC, weatherization, insulation, or building performance Familiarity with basic hand/power tools and job-site safety practices Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to lift and move heavy equipment Valid driver's license High school diploma or equivalent (technical school a plus)

Work Environment & Travel

Field-based role in residential settings; exposure to

heat/cold

, dust, and tight spaces Use of 28' ladder Frequent standing, lifting, climbing, bending, and kneeling Daily local travel to multiple job sites within the service area
