full-time Building Maintenance Technician

PAY

: $40,000-$55,000 annual salary

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems Ability to operate power tools, hand tools, and maintenance equipment safely Ability to lift 50 lbs

Vocational or technical training in facilities maintenance and at least three years of experience in building maintenance, mechanical systems, or a related field are preferred.

SCHEDULE

: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional flexibility for events or emergencies

WHAT TO EXPECT AS A BUILDING MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

In this position, you'll perform routine inspections, handle minor plumbing and electrical repairs, maintain HVAC systems, and oversee vehicle upkeep. You'll respond to requests, support event setups, and ensure our facilities meet safety standards. Your work will directly support the daily operations of our organization and the well-being of our community.
