Building Violation Solutions (BVS) specializes in resolving building violations, obtaining permits, and ensuring compliance with New York City's building codes and regulations. We leverage technology and data analytics to streamline processes, coordinate across professionals, and represent clients before NYC municipal agencies like the Department of Buildings.
The Position:
We are looking for an experienced Alt CO Project Manager to oversee the filing processes associated with Alt CO, Alt, Public Assembly, PAA, and BSO/TCO.
Qualifications:
Min. 5 years' experience in a related role
Must be proficient with Alt CO, Alt, Public Assembly, PAA & BSO/TCO filings & processes.
Must be proficient with understanding & recording Plan information related to NYC Zoning data, NYC Building Codes & Occupancy information as it relates to preparing filing submissions.
Potential applicants will need to demonstrate ability to review draft plans and confidently discuss the zoning, occupancy and filing information represented.
