Job Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Marijuana Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while assisting customers in selecting the right cannabis products to meet their needs. Your expertise in cannabis strains, products, and their effects will help create a welcoming and informative environment for our clientele.

Responsibilities

- ric card ,medical card and driver license required - must be 21
- Greet customers warmly and provide them with personalized service.-reliable transportation and weekends are a must
- Educate customers on various cannabis products, including strains, edibles, concentrates, and accessories.
- Assist customers in making informed choices based on their preferences and needs.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring all products are displayed properly.
- Upsell products by recommending complementary items to enhance customer experience.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to all state regulations and company policies regarding cannabis sales.
- Supervise junior staff as needed, ensuring compliance with operational standards.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred.

- Must have reliable transportation , a valid drivers license

- Must have RIC card from main.gov $20 ( cant touch THC products without it)
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is a must.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash management and retail math calculations.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Strong communication skills to effectively educate customers about products.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A passion for cannabis culture and a willingness to learn about new products and trends.
- Supervisory experience is beneficial but not required.
