Overview:

We are seeking a knowledgeable, customer-oriented Budtender/Assistant Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, educating customers on different products, and ensuring compliance with state regulations. Duties:

- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers in selecting the right cannabis products based on their preferences and needs
- Provide accurate information about different strains, potency levels, and consumption methods
- Educate customers on the effects and potential benefits of various cannabis products
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately
- Maintain an organized and clean sales floor, ensuring product displays are visually appealing
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and changes in regulations
- Adhere to all state laws and regulations regarding the sale of cannabis products
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and satisfactory manner

-Maintain retail inventory

Qualifications:

- Previous experience working in a retail or customer service role is preferred
- Knowledge of different cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods is desirable
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively educate and inform customers
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using POS systems for sales transactions
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to strict compliance guidelines

- Must be detail oriented

- 34 hours per week Friday - Monday
