Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable and personable Budtender to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, educate customers about our products, and ensure a welcoming shopping experience. This role requires a strong understanding of retail sales, product knowledge, and excellent communication skills. Bilingual abilities and supervising experience are a plus, as is familiarity with POS systems and merchandising. The Budtender will play a key role in promoting our products through demos and upselling while maintaining compliance with store policies. Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting products based on their needs and preferences Operate POS systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and retail math calculations Conduct product demos to educate customers about features and benefits Upsell products to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction Maintain store merchandising standards, including stocking shelves and organizing displays Manage inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment Provide excellent customer service through friendly communication and phone etiquette Supervise or mentor junior staff when required, ensuring smooth store operations Ensure compliance with all legal regulations and store policies regarding product sales

Skills

Strong retail sales experience with proficiency in cashiering and POS systems Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and customer interaction Ability to perform retail math accurately for transactions and inventory management Knowledge of grocery store operations is advantageous Experience in supervising or leading team members is preferred Ability to conduct product demos effectively to educate customers Bilingual skills are a plus for serving diverse clientele Demonstrated upselling techniques to enhance sales performance Strong merchandising skills with attention to detail in stocking and display setup Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
